The text doesn’t appear on the outer display

iPhone Duo shows the script on the outer display while the app is recording with the back camera and runs full screen on the inner display. Make sure “Show text on outer display” is on in the settings panel. If iOS doesn’t offer the outer display at that moment, the script appears at the top of the inner display instead.

The text doesn’t follow my voice

Voice-following uses on-device speech recognition. Allow microphone and speech recognition access in Settings and choose the script’s language in the editor. If your iPhone has no on-device recognition for that language, switch to “Speed” and set your pace.

Where are my videos?

Every recording is saved to the Photos app as soon as you stop it.

Does it work on other iPhones?

Yes. On iPhones without an outer display, the app films with the front camera and shows the script at the top of the screen, close to the lens.
